We had the pleasure of speaking with Mexican Archi (rock-)star, Michel Rojkind. Michel got into architecture after a successful career in the Mexican music scene, founding what is today one of Mexico’s 10 most creative firms.
With his studio, Rojkind Arquitectos, Michel and his team are focused on creating architecture based on the customs and traditions of local communities, executed with local materials by local workers.
During our chat we discussed his beginnings, his current work method and his passion of, not strictly work-related, running.
